I maxed out on this at 245, a new PR. I made an attempt at 265 and failed. Better luck next time.

I'm pretty sure Kevin led the class today, not sure on the time. My time was somewhere around 12:20.

5 Rounds (There was a little confusion on the Northshore CrossFit site for this workout, the post did not specify the number of rounds)
- 400M Run
- 30 Box Jumps
- 30 Wall Balls
Scott led the class with a time of 26:14. My time was 29:30 as Rx'd.
It's an understatement to say it is a little humid today. I weighed myself today after the workout with and without my sweat soaked shirt on. The difference was 1.2 lbs!

- Shoulder Press, 1 rep
- Deadlift, 1 rep
My total was 785, a new PR. I had PRs in the shoulder press (165) and deadlift (345). Thanks to Jan for pushing me to max out on those two lifts. I messed up on the back squat by going for too much on my last attempt.

Kevin led the class today with 12 rounds. I had a disappointing 7.5 rounds, I believe this is a direct result of drinking too much wine last night. Here's a tip, if there is an open bottle of wine on the table you don't have to finish it!

Dave was able to point out a couple of flaws in my sit-ups and wall balls this morning. I found it very helpful to see myself and my poor form on the video, now I know what to focus on going forward.
