Today's WOD:
Pull-up Skills 20 reps each:
- Practice Back Kipping
- Knees to Chest
- Kipping on the Floor
- Pull-ups
As many rounds as you can in 15 minutes:
- 5 Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Sit-ups
- 2 Burpee Sprints
I did 8 rounds. I feel like I'm getting better at handstand push-ups.
