Today's WOD:
3 x 3 Overhead Squats
As many round as you can in 20 minutes:
- 5 Knees to Elbows
- 10 Broad Jumps
- 15 Sit-ups
Kurt, Kevin and I had 15.3 rounds.

I've created this blog to let people know the WOD each day. Remember that there is a benefit to every WOD and that they’re supposed to be difficult. Please don't use this blog to determine whether you are going to show-up to do the WOD. I do not know what the WOD is when I show up at 6:00 AM, some days I'm psyched to get going and others I dread the thought of what I see being posted during my warm-up.
