"Broomstick (PVC) Mile"
400 M Run
- 25 Back Squats
- 25 Front Squats
- 25 Overhead Squats

400 M Run
- 25 Press
- 25 Push Press
- 25 Push Jerks

400 M Run
- 50 Squat Cleans

400 M Run
- 50 Snatches

Kurt led the class today with a time of 19:09. My time was 20:22.

I know many Crossfitters hate workouts that involve running. I know I am in the minority when I say that I enjoy the workouts with running....so I am pleased to post my time of 20:55! After Fran kicked my ass, this was a good ego boost!

It's not the running that I hate, it is the combination of running and the rest of the workout that kills me. Like doing 175 total squats and having to still run a mile!
