After each round do 25 double unders.
Scott led the class with a time of 17:23. My time was 21:26.

I've created this blog to let people know the WOD each day. Remember that there is a benefit to every WOD and that they’re supposed to be difficult. Please don't use this blog to determine whether you are going to show-up to do the WOD. I do not know what the WOD is when I show up at 6:00 AM, some days I'm psyched to get going and others I dread the thought of what I see being posted during my warm-up. Please feel free to post your times/scores each day in the comments section. Thanks, Joe

Joe! It's me, MarkMIA... that's right, the guy you don't see in the morning. I had every intention of getting up for the workout this morning, but as it turned out, getting up was the workout. Whew! I forgot what it was like to get out of bed and get dressed. Thank the good lord for velcro, that's all I can say. Just wanted to check in to make sure I have been keeping pace. It appears I may have slipped a little behind. I will keep you posted on my progress.
