It was good to be back a the gym today.

Today's WOD:
21 - 15 - 9
- Dead Lifts (225# / 185#)
- Pull-ups
- Broad Jumps
- Dumb Bell Push-Press (45# / 35#)

My time was 16:11 as Rx'd. At first everything seemed a little too heavy for the amount of reps we had to do but once I got through the first round it wasn't that bad.
