Skill o' the Day: Turkish Get-ups
Today's WOD:
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
- Handstand Push-ups
- Box Jumps
- Sit-ups
My time was 12:39. I don't want to compare this with anyone else's time because I'm still not doing full handstand push-ups, but they are getting better. Even Dave told me that they are looking better.
