Skill o' the day: Back Squats
Today's WOD:
5 Rounds
- 15 Burpees
- 12 Pull-ups
- 9 Thrusters (135# / 85#)
I started this workout trying to do the 135# thrusters but after 3 reps I realized that I might not finish this WOD before 9:00 AM. I switched to 95# and was able to plod through the rest of the workout.
