Skill o' the Day: Pull-ups
Today's WOD:
- 5 Bear Complexes: Clean/Thruster/Back Squat/Thruster (95# / 65#)
- 200M Run
Kathy led the class with a time of 11:15. My time was 13:05. I've had a really tough time this week and this was my best workout of the week. I felt great through this entire workout and finished strong by sprinting the second half of my last run.
