Today's WOD:
- Pressing Snatch Balance 5x5 (PVC)
- Heaving Snatch Balance 5x3 (PVC)
- Snatch 5x3 (weighted barbell, Kurt, Lew and I worked with 75#. This is a tough skill to master.)
We did 3 400M runs to "cool down".
