Skill o' the Day: Front Squats

Today's WOD:
As many rounds as you can in 20 minutes.
- 10 Knees to Elbows
- 10 Wall Balls (20# / 14#)
- 10 Push-ups

It was too humid to count rounds today, but Lew and I kept about the same pace and Lew says that we probably did around 11 or 12 rounds.
