I am not 100% on the boy weights because I didn't really need to pay attention to those. Sorry.
Cool down was tabata situps.
I FINALLY got 12 Joey!!!!!!
Even though you weren't there this morning I kept hearing your voice in my head: "Stop when you get your number and rest, even if it's not time." Great advice! It worked!!!!
