I'm not able to make it to the gym today due to child care issues, it's going to be a tough week on that end. Anyway, I did my own WOD:
3 Rounds
- 25 Squats
- 25 Push-ups
- 25 Sit-ups
- 400M Run
This isn't great but at least it is something!

Today's gym WOD was Hel-Fran. Very nice for a Monday morning. I again did Joe's work and just beat him.
