My least favorite day of the year! But this isn't a political blog so I'll leave it at that.
Today we did Karen:
- 150 Wall Balls for time
Both Kurt and I finished at 7:42 (Kurt pointed out that I had this time wrong here, it was actually 7:54). Apparently the goal for this is 6 minutes or less according to this article.
Then we did two "cool downs":
- 50 Jumping Ring Dips for time
- Double Unders for 3 minutes (I messed this up and thought we were doing 50 for time, so I finished 15 seconds early)

Guelling workout. Tough time getting height today...a lot of my shots went to 9'. Gotta go pay THE MAN.
My legs feel like spaghetti! I used a 12lb ball today, but Dawn said next time I should use a 14lb ball. I don't look forward to next time.
