My time was 16:16.
This was a good workout to end a pretty tough week.

I've created this blog to let people know the WOD each day. Remember that there is a benefit to every WOD and that they’re supposed to be difficult. Please don't use this blog to determine whether you are going to show-up to do the WOD. I do not know what the WOD is when I show up at 6:00 AM, some days I'm psyched to get going and others I dread the thought of what I see being posted during my warm-up. Please feel free to post your times/scores each day in the comments section. Thanks, Joe

Whew! I just finished the Badger from Wednesday! Apparently my wife has been looking for me for a couple days, but dedication comes with a price. Kurt wants me to post my times, so I guess I need a little help figuring this one out... do I have to figure out the total in minutes? Or can I round down to the nearest day? And do the few hours I spent at Burger King have to count? OK, I have to go start on Thursday's workout. No rest for the weary.
