Today's WOD:
- 5 x 3 Deadlifts
For a "cool down" we did:
5 Rounds:
- 10 Burbees
- 10 Knees to Elbows
- 10 Sit-ups
(My time was 8:55. Kevin came back from his wedding/honeymoon and had the best time in the class with 8:07, marriage must agree with him.)
Skill of the Day:
- Overhead Squats
