"Very Nice" to see Bill today...although he has to get up to speed on his Ipod responsibilities. Will someone tell me what is "functional" about running and then going upside-down?
I will be checking your blog for the WOD, otherwise I may never know what it was. The only criticism I have for you is that you have yet to mention me. Trust me, I read through it all. I see Kurt this, Kurt that, Kurt, Kurt, Kurt, Kurt, blah, blah, blah... maybe throw me a bone every once in a while with "Continuing to maintain his perfect record, Mark once again was not in class this morning." Thanks, that would be great. It is always nice to be recognized for your accomplishments. Otherwise it is a great blog. Gotta run, it's time for my nap.
Well it's nice to be hearing from Mark. I had totally forgotten about this guy, hence the mia user name. Maybe you'll make it back some day soon.
