Mark missed today, but I think it was because he was in Hopkinton getting ready for the Marathon. We all know how much Mark loves running. Good Luck!

I am one day closer to getting back to CrossFit, which I find very exciting. Thank you for the Marathon well-wishes, this was actually the first year I was able to push myself through the full 26 miles. Finishing was the most rewarding experience of my life. The commercial breaks were a bit annoying, but it was nice to have a chance to get up and stretch my legs. I appreciate the support, it is what continues to motivate me.
