Skill of the Day: Push-ups
Here's a link to something that might help with Handstand Push-ups. I haven't tried this yet but the next time we have open gym, I think I'll give it a try.

Ahhh Ciaccio ... this blog is great. Seriously, I like your dedication. I only wish that you, my client, had told me about it. I feel so betrayed and left out of the loop. I look forward to checking in daily. Please post more pictures of yourself.
