I think I will try to run a mile today (yes, without stopping)to see how it feels.
Joe, it was great to see you over the weekend. And when you said, "wow, that medication really has you bloated, huh?", I was not remotely offended. When I told you that I was not on medication and you asked, "so, are you allergic to the air or something?", I was still OK. It was not until after I said that I had not suffered from any allergic reactions and you responded, "then you're really fat.", that I got a little bit uncomfortable. It took 5 cheeseburgers for me to finally settle down. It was great to see you though. Thanks for helping me out of the hammock. I am one day closer to getting back to CrossFit. I feel healthier already. Gotta run, time for lunch.
