Today's WOD:
5 Rounds:
- 15 Kettle Bell Swings (53#/35#)
- 15 DB Thrusters (#35/25#)
- 15 Box Jumps

Kevin had the best time this morning with 16:40, I finished in 17:09.

For a "cool down" there are weighted pull-ups. Sadly, I had to leave early for child care reasons so I missed this portion of class.

Thanks to Greg for starting the WOD a little earlier than usual so that I could get out of there early today.

Did today's WOD.
No fun. Thrusters after swings and followed by box jumps! I hate thrusters, especially with dumbbells.

The 6am class did awesome! Everyone worked damn hard, start to finish. Can't ask for more than that. And great job to my two new guys Jay and Mike at 7am.

Today's WO was a great way to start the week. Susie and I took a crack at pullups in the weighted vest. I think we each accomplished 2 or 3. I had less success with the dead hang. Only managed 2 1/2. Not bad for a broad.
