Today's WOD:
As many rounds as you can in 20 minutes
- 200M Run
- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Kettle Bell Swings (53# /35#)
- 15 Push-ups

Kevin & Kurt led the class today with 8 rounds. I had 7.25.
