Skill of the day: Squat Therapy
I've created this blog to let people know the WOD each day. Remember that there is a benefit to every WOD and that they’re supposed to be difficult. Please don't use this blog to determine whether you are going to show-up to do the WOD. I do not know what the WOD is when I show up at 6:00 AM, some days I'm psyched to get going and others I dread the thought of what I see being posted during my warm-up. Don't forget the "Mucho Stretchingo" cool down ... (IMO, a non-oxymoronic "cool down" is always cause for rejoicing!)
